2005 Overview

This marks our twelth summer! The Calleva family has developed a successful formula with an unsurpassed passion for youth development and outdoor experiences. This was the first summer with Calleva Outdoors and Camp Outerquest together! Council was officially held at Riley's Lock, ideally located on the banks of the Potomac River.

  • "Junior Camp" was revamped and changed into the new and improved "Explorers"!

  • Although council was held at Riley's Lock, the office had not yet moved to the West House at Riley's.
  • The "Explorers" received their first official brocure with "Layman" on the front (very last minute)!
