Phil Dawson
Phil is a pediatrician working in Richmond, VA. His studies took him from the
College of William and Mary to McGill University in Montreal and finally to
Georgetown University for residency in pediatrics. A so-so athlete all
through school, he finally got serious in the early 90's when the triathlon
bug bit hard. A gradual progression though multisport finally led him to
discover adventure racing about 4 years ago and he's been with it ever since.
He's always looking for a challenge and is glad to join the Calleva adventure
racing team. Phil lives with his wife and 3 children in "The Fan" district of
Richmond.
