Camp Transportation

Pick-up Point transportation is provided to all campers and cost is included in weekly tuition. Parents will receive a call with route specifics and minor changes from the Bus Route Counselor the weekend prior to the camper's scheduled week of Camp. Campers ride Commercial buses with certified drivers. 

  • Pick-Up (P.U.) times between 8:00 and 8:45am.
  • Drop-off (D.O.) times between 4:15 and 5:00pm. 
  • Limited transportation on weeks 1, 2, 12, & 13.
  • Stop availability located underneath each stop.

**Notice to all Explorers registered Week 3-11:  Explorers have limited bus routes on Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings on weeks 3 thru 11 due to Adventure Camp overnights. Explorer stops that are available on Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings are in bold below!

**Notice to all CLS Students:  Calleva provides all logistical needs once the trip has started, however parents are responsible for dropping off and picking up students before and after the the trip.  Depending on the trip, parents usually drop off students at the Calleva Office between  7-8am on Monday Mornings, and pick them up between 6-7pm on Friday Evening at Riley's Lock. There will be a breakfast and dinner served for families, campers, and staff.

**Notice to all Cubs: Cubs ride in on their very own bus to Riley's Lock and are limited to only 24 campers per week. Transportation is limited to Glen Echo Park (off MacArtur Blvd) and Walt Whitman High School. Pick-Up and Drop-Off times are around 9am and 3pm, and Parents will be notified of the exact times the week before their Cub goes to Camp.
