Activity Overview: Calleva's Corporate Programs are a huge success! We found out that Corporate America was looking to fill many of the same needs that our schools came to us about with their students: cohesion, motivation, team building, behavior models, and an excuse to escape the desk! By getting work teams outside and into experiential learning situations, we found ways to improve their workforce and create a team within organizations. Our programs offer companies the option of focusing our efforts to fit the goals of the company. We specifically focus our efforts on individual and group growth.
