Private Parties

Every year, we are asked, "Do you guys do birthday parties?" - Well now you know - So, Let's Party!!! We offer all of our camp activities as birthday parties. If your camper wants to share with his friends something that they did this summer, now's the chance. Bring your group out to Calleva and share your love for the outdoors. Each of our parties is based on the best aspect of the activity and delivered in the most enjoyable fashion, after all it is a party. Even though safety is stressed at all times, we recognize that everybody in the party needs a chance to shine and we need to provide that opportunity. Usually the Calleva Camper demonstrates strong leadership and confidence in the activity and wants to help "facilitate" the party. We want to give the birthday boy/girl a chance to show their friends why they selected this activity and allow some room for them to share the lead. Birthdays are a special occasion, and we feel honored that you want to share this with Calleva. Give us a call and let's get this party started! Oh, and by the way you don't have to be kid to have a Calleva Party!

Here's what needs to happen: Ready to take the party outdoors? It's simple - just find out if the calendar is open and book your date. Let us know what your final numbers are prior to your program and bring the birthday cake & candles. You will receive in the mail prior to party: CONTRACT Activity, location, & emergency contact info. INVITATION INSERT Includes: 1) Activity description, 2) needs-list and 3) waiver. BILL! Call now to book your party! Special Considerations: All parties can be shifted for different ages, skill levels, physical abilities and any combination thereof.
