Snow Club (Friday Nights)

The perfect way to cap off the week is to jump on the ski bus and hit the slopes EVERY Friday night from January 6 through February 24th!  Sometimes icy and sometimes wet, but always fun when you are with your Snow Club buddies! We will get you a Night Club Card and provide transportation to the slopes to enjoy all your winter dreams. Whitetail is our home mountain, but we also go to the sister resorts--Liberty and Roundtop. With your Calleva Snow Night Club card, you can go to any of these 3 resorts, any night you like after January 2nd, without additional fees! If you like to ride the slopes with your friends, want to avoid the daytime lift lines and are a night owl, this is a sweet program!

About Friday Snow Club:  We offer an 8x evenings or your choice of 4 evenings from January 6 to February 24th. If you can only make it one time--we have an option for that as well.  Bring 9 friends and come 8xs, and we'll arrange a pickup at your school!  

CLUB PRICES 2012:

  • 4 Night Calleva Club Member - $435
  • 8 Night Calleva Club Member - $665
  • Rentals: $90 for Season (Includes 7:30 Lesson)
  • Helmet: $50 (Mandatory for students under 18)
  • Protection Plan: $8 (Cancel due to injury/illness, will roll over to 2013)

1x NIGHTLY FEES:

  • Transpo - $75
  • Lift Ticket & Transpo- $110
  • Lift Ticket, Rental & Transpo - $135
  • Meal Tickets - $15 (a savings of 20% from regular priced menus)

DATES (2012):

  • January 6, 13, 20, 27
  • Febuary 3, 10, 17, 24

TRANSPORTATION (2012):

  • Schools: BCC HS, Westland MS, WJHS, Einstein HS, & British School of DC. 
  • Other Locations: Harris Teeter in Darnestown MD
  • Pick-Up Times: Approx. 3:15pm
  • Drop off Times: Approx. Midnight
  • Other Locations (pending interest) Need at least 10 students for alternate pick-up point.

RULES & REGULATIONS: 

Individuals are responsible for themselves on the slopes & are expected to adhere to these and other responsibilities indicated on registration.

  • Ski/board safely and under control
  • Ski/board within their ability, skill level, and appropriate terrain
  • Ski/board with a companion at all times
  • Must check-in at scheduled time every evening
  • Wear a helmet at all times
  • Follow resort rules
