About Corporate Programs: In 2005, Calleva started with a few Corporate Training Programs to test the waters and figure out which direction we wanted to head. Under the direction of Tony Witter and Karen Seibert, we found a great opportunity to offer adults and corporations many of the same leadership driven skill that we offer youth. The programs came by word of mouth and instead of marketing we let corporations looking to improve their work environment find us and they did! Calleva's Corporate Programs was a huge success with the programs we signed up. Then it was straight to the drawing board, trying to figure out what are the key points we wanted to make with our programs. Corporate America was demanding many of the same needs that our schools came to us about with their students: cohesion, motivation, team building, behavior models, and an excuse to escape the desk. It all hit home when one of our directors was looking at a home from Winchester Homes, and the Realtor recognized the Calleva shirt and went off for the next 45 minutes about what a great time she had out on the Ropes Course, and how she had done things that she never thought were possible. That was the turning point in our efforts towards Corporate Programming. Companies are looking for ways to improve their workforce and create a team within. Our programs offer companies the option of focusing our efforts to fit the goals of the company. We specifically focus our efforts on individual and group growth.
