CALLEVA CDL CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Offered by Appointment Only

Cost: $150 + $90 MVA/DMV fee

Instructional Time: +/- 6 hrs

Commercial Drivers License (CDL Class B or C): To transport more than 15 passengers and drive a vehicle that is designed to carry more than 15 passengers you must have a CDL. Every summer we train and put our staff through this same training and it has real benefits. We see our college-age staff use this certifcations to help put themselves through school. Teachers at small private schools can greatly increase their class activities and field trip options with a simple change of the license. We encourage all of our younger staff to get their license early (even before we allow them to drive), so that they can get the experience.

Calleva will train and pay MVA fee for Hired Calleva Staff.

Obtaining a CDL: Start by getting your Learner's Permit! (see below) Do this on your own.

  • Have your DOT physical form and card filled out by your physician prior to getting your Learner's Permit
